The
weekend costs £170 per person. This covers the cost of the
accommodation and all meals, as well as contributing to the cost of the
facilitators and complementary therapists.
Funding
for HIV issues has become increasingly difficult in recent years and those who attend the weekends pay in a number of ways:
funding from health authorities and Social Services as well as help from
voluntary groups.
Funding
is available for people living in Norfolk,
Suffolk, Northamptonshire, Shropshire and Birmingham. This funding meets the cost of the weekend in full.
Make
a Difference Trust funding is available to those who are associated with
the Theatre and Entertainments sector. This funding is for the cost of
the weekend and travel costs in full.
Make
a Difference Trust/Gilead funding is for people who pay for themselves
to attend the weekend. This funding will pay £85 towards to the cost of
the weekend.
NLTSG
offers those who pay for themselves the option of paying for one weekend
in full and then paying half-price for a second weekend.
You
can combine the NLTSG and Make a Difference Trust/Gilead offers.
NLTSG
is able to meet the cost of reasonable travel expenses for those who are
not able to claim for travel from any other source.
