Guests are asked to arrive between 3.30pm and 5.30pm, although it doesn't matter if you arrive a little bit early or have to arrive later in the evening. The trustees are on duty to meet and greet people as they arrive and show them to their rooms. Tea and coffee is available and this time provides an opportunity to catch up with the other guests and generally settle in.
